The Software Report announced its list of the “Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS of 2020”. This list includes representatives from Microsoft, Slack, Asana, Salary.com, and other innovative tech companies. Awardees were selected for their contributions to their companies and demonstrated expertise in the field, following a rigorous review of both their professional backgrounds and nominations from colleagues and peers.
As Vice-President of Operations at GFI, Susan Odle’s recent work to cut GFI order processing costs by more than half was key to her recognition. While managing about 7000 transactions per month, Ms Odle led her team to reduce manual order processing time, increase order automation, and transition a perpetual license system to a software subscription system, worldwide.
Most importantly, Ms Odle was able to more than double channel partner satisfaction with order processing SLAs.

Her successful strategies benefit from the years she spent on the front lines of sales, as well as to her close business relationships with such giants as Microsoft, Dell, and HP. Prior to joining GFI Software, she served in executive roles at You.i TV and RAPA Consulting Corporation, and has served as a consultant for many other businesses and their leaders.
